Both times I was sitting down, and lasted for like 2 seconds. The first time I was driving, and my vision just went weird, like I was dizzy, and was trying to focus on the moving vision, so my eyes moved so I could try to focus. The second time I was at my computer and my vision did the same thing. Weirdest feeling ever, and I don't like it!!

So when I was driving, I had nothing to eat as of yet, was like 8am. This second time I have a coffee in me, happened at like 9:30am. Is something wrong, or was it a freak thing?

I didn't have much to eat last night, had Kraft Dinner for supper, and was hungry when I went to bed around midnight.

Also, the dizzyness wasn't like a head rush you get from standing up suddenly, this was more erratic, and just came out of nowhere. Never got dizzy when I was sitting down before, weird.

Been spending a lot of time in front of computer working on a school project, and I also sit in front of it for 8 hrs a day at work.

Could be a lot of things. Eye strain, low blood sugar, pregnancy. Think about what and how often you've been eating. Think about how much time a day you sit in front of a computer, reading, or driving, anything that could strain your eyes. And also consider if you could be pregnant. If you can't come up with anything there, talk to your doctor.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!!!!

The symptoms could be from a variety of things. First I would suggest that it was low blood sugar due to the lite dinner the night before. It could also be low blood pressure or anemia from low iron in the blood. I had a similar situation when I stopped taking a strong medication but you didn't mention that you we taking any. In any case you should seek medical attention to have tests run. Good luck.

You hadn't eaten enough. People who don't eat properly suffer from dizzy spells, blurred vision, and disorientation. Always take the time to eat something in the morning, even if it's a piece of toast.

Do you eat a lot of red meat? It "could" me anemia, which is low iron in the blood. I don't eat a lot of meat, so I take iron supplements to counter that affect (doctor's advice). It may also happen if you get up from bed to quickly, try to carry heavy things, etc.

probably low blood sugar.Happens to me all the time, if you haven't eaten, at least have a glass of juice to try and give your body some energy. Is it that time of the month? Maybe increase your iron too.

It could be from hunger. Better check with your doctor if it happens again.
