I am really concern. Last thursday I notice and felt a node on my neck. It dont hurt or anything but does this means i have AIDS, Tumor or Cancer. Someone please help me out I'm so scared.

The node in your neck could be a swollen lymph node, or a cyst. You need to go to your doctor to have them evaluate what's going on with you. No other way to tell unless you let time pass and it decreases indicating its a lymph node.
See your Doc or Nurse Practitioner.

I get that often. Usually if I've been in a draft. A muscle behind or on the side of your neck swells and feels hard. It usually goes away within a week. Wait it out.

See a doctor. My brother had the same thing and it turned out to be cancer. He had surgery and is doing fine today, 8 years later

If you are so worried about AIDS, why don't you just visit a doctor and have your body checked? Request AIDS check.

it will probably just be a cyst nothing to worry about go to your doc to have it checked out but stay calm

likely a trivial infection in a sinus or some such. if it doesnt go away in a week or so see your doctor.
