I just feel like a lump. I don't need energy, I just want my stomach to not feel gassy and gross. Drinking water helps, but I can't live on that alone.

less fatty foods, and increase your protein intake like chicken, eggs, fish, try to eat non processed foods and eat more fruit and vegetables, and keep on drinking water you'll feel a lot better.

Sounds like you might be suffering from something, possible Irritable Bowl Syndrome. If that's the case changing your diet alone won't help. You may need to talk to your doctor.

If you eat a lot of salt, that will make you bloated. And even vegetables can cause bloating, but they move through your body quickly and shouldn't cause too much of a problem.

Have you tried Gas X? I had excessive bloating during both of my pregnancies and it really helped!!

Good luck and hope you feel better!!!!

Belching is caused by too much swallowed air in the stomach.
To reduce this, see below:
*Eat slowly
*Don't drink sodas (carbonated drinks)
*No cig, pipes or tobacco
*Reduce the number of times you swallow.
If you have poor motility (contractions of the intestine to move the food), try exercise or jogging. Use the law of gravity!
Irritable bowel syndrome is best treated if you see your doc.

sounds like it could be food allergies. try cutting out milk products, and any type of bread, for at least a week. ... and see how you feel! If you feel better, then try just bread, but no milk, and then the opposite. Either way check with your doctor....even if it's just to get tested for allergy's.

Eat less sodium - sodium causes bloating, so limit your intake of salty foods.
