If itis not prescribed and you're taking it, then not only will no doctor have any idea what is wrong with you if you overdose, you can also get into a hell of a lot of trouble, along with the person that gave it to you. It's illegal.
If you need it to veg out of relax, there are better methods. Drink some hot decaffeinated herbal tea, listen to soothing music, take a Yoga class, take a hot bath....
It's not worth the risk of what could happen!!!

A young mind stressed out with periods of crying will crack with the first mind altering drug dose. The brain seems to hold fine until chemical says to let go. But the chances are your depression will continue until there is a serious problem. Try the beer and wine route as it is socially acceptable and you might even get some one to tell you the secrets . No you are not a loser just an outsider.

First how are old are you and what do you think you are taking for, are you taking 2 per day or just a one time thing? Second Valium can be addictive and will go withdrawals if stopped abruptly. Taking any un-prescribed drugs is dangerous. You should seek medical attention ASAP

It would depend on the dosage, and your particular situation. If you are allergic to it, it could kill you. If it's a relatively small dose, u will just feel a bit more relaxed. If it's a relatively high dose, you could fall asleep. More info is needed to give a truly accurate answer.

it does not matter if a drug is prescribed to you or not, the drug still does the same thing, even if the doctor says "go ahead". you will probably start to slowly sink to the floor and wake up sometime later tonight.
