start eating right (no more fatty foods or bad carbs), i count calories (try to keep it around 1200-1500 a day) and this helps on overeating (go to www.calorie-count.com for calories in diff foods), start working out (even if its just walking for 30-45 min a day or more)
if you cut 3500 calories out of ur normal diet you have lost a pound!

First you should learn how to spell, it's "weight" and you "lose" it. Secondly, the only way to lose a lot of weight in two weeks is to go on the Atkins diet. It's very very very strict for the first two weeks and you'll probably end up cheating or giving up because it's so hard. Basically, don't try any fad diets, they probably won't work... Just work out regularly and eat very very healthy, like salads and water for every meal. And don't forget to eat breakfast!! Have a couple eggs or something.

You never said how much you needed to lose. If you haven't been dieting, and you are just now starting, start on an exercise routine. 30 mins of brisk walking a day. Eat healthy, you know what's good for you. If you do this for 2 weeks you can expect to lose up to about 8 pounds.

Stop stuffing your face with McDonald's Quarter Pounders and Bennigan's stuffed potato skins. And stop drinking 12 super-sized Cokes each day.

You can't. Weight is not tight, so you can't loose it. You could lose it though. Thanks for telling us how much you want to "loose". If you want to "loose" an ounce, sure. 20 pounds would be harder.
