without actually tasting them 2 much!!! Any1 know some good recipes??

Besides fruits and veggies, there is a meat diet. It's called a protein diet. You eat lots of meats and some greens but it is
guaranteed to help you loose the weight. I'm on a seafood protein diet. I eat lots of all types of fish. The first week, my face was radiant and I lost all that extra fat. The difference was noticed immediately. Get the diet protein book in any book store.
You'll be glad you did.

You can lose weight by limiting your food amount not exceeding 1400 Kcal a day. Also don't mix the proteins with carbohydrates (bread, pasta, sugar etc).
Now to remain healthy you need also some vegetable for dietary fiber (helping your digestion) and adding your vitamines.
But you can use vitamine pills and consume dietary fiber from pills also.
Last advise to you, you must get and advice from a dietary consultant or your medical doctor.

We need more information. Are there any that you do like? One idea is to drink a vegetable juice like V8 that packs a lot of vegetables into a quick drink.

I've put grated carrots into spaghetti sauce before. You can puree fruit and put it on ice cream instead of syrups.

Put frozen mixed vegetables in rice, or pasta. You can also mix chunks of chicken in.
