you have a very pretty face! dont worry about anything!
Im not really sure they can do it on a face. I DID just see them do it on Extreme Makeover yesterday on the neck of 2 people though.

Seriously, before opting for liposuction, I would try losing weight as this will ultimately slim down your face.
I personally think a full face looks youthful, you don't have jowls, you just have a nice natural volume there. You need to be careful with lipo for the face, because as we age, we lose fat from the face and one day you might wish to have it back! At least with weight loss, you can always gain more weight if you wish to have a fuller face once again. Once those fat cells are removed through liposuction, you can't get them back without fat grafting and that doesn't always work.
Just think very carefully before considering this procedure.

It is possible to get liposuction done in the jowel area. However, it is not recommended at all.
The reason ties in nicely to your second question. If you lose weight, the fat reduction will come from your entire body including your face. If you've liposeuctioned the area as a quick fix, then when you lose fat, that area can become lacking in a normal amount of fat and you end up with a sunken or hollow look... or with really loose skin.
The best course of action is a proper diet (many small, nutritious meals), lots of water, and regular exercise (40+ minutes, 3 or more times per week). This will lead to gradual weight loss including in your face and at a pace that best allows the skin to adjust naturally. Proper nutrition including healthy fats will help with skin health and elasticity also.
If you want a specific recommendation for weight loss/maintenance supplements and some easy ways to increase calorie burning, feel free to e-mail me.
Regards,
Rob
P.S. When I say supplements, I'm referring primarily to a "body balance" system based on replacing 1-2 meals per day with a nutritious meal replacement shake. One that doesn't taste like chalk. This type of diet is easy to start, easy to stick with, and can realistically become a healthy habit as opposed to the many quick fix (and nasty rebound) diets out there.

You have a very cute face. If you want to lose weight, you'll loose some in your face anyway. It would be a shame to mess with such a cute face!!! :o(

If you're able to prevent 500 calories each day you possibly can eliminate any single lb 7 days.

Baggy clothes hide the body and encourage lounging around. So even though you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to maintain you on track.

Don't keep junk food as part of your kitchen. If it's not at this time there, you can't be tempted because of it.
