i have streach marks and want to reduce them.i can do excersise1 hr a day.ihave very hactic schedule and cant give much time.if u tell me to diet then tell me something nutrisious and energetic.

When ever I move this pain gets worse and it shoots pain up and down my right side. It even gets to the point where I'm stuck in a spot cause I can't move cause of the pain.

concerned.... I had a period on 9/8/06 , it was normal and lasted 7 days as usual. Then this month my period arrived 7 days early!!!! It came on 10/4/06??? I was spotting a lot !!!! I kinda got a little worried, I wasn't under any stress, in fact I was very happy and active , so why did my period come early and why was I spotting so much??? Helpful and honest answers are appreciated!!! I am a 30 year old woman with 3 children and haven't had a tubal and I have checkups every year and I was told by my doc that I'm in good health.My cycle lengths are 28- 34 days.

Ok, I am being serious, so everyone try to be mature. For years, I have had painful lumps under my arms and around my vagina (on the labia, mostly). They are sometimes small, but can get quite large. The bigger they are, the more they hurt (I assume because of the stretching). Could this be a specific type of cyst (or anything else), since it occurs in both places? I am pretty certain it is not an STD, because I have been sexually exclusive (and safe!) for about a year, and I have been tested in that time. Any ideas?

replacement shakes (breakfast and lunch) each shake is 250cals that equals 500cals
dinner-- 600cal meal (usually eggs whites with spinach) or chicken breast with veggies-- thats 1100 cal perday......
anyway my question is-- whats the average weight loss for ppl to lose in 3 or 4 months on such a diet?? healthy or not healthy.. i just wanna know how much in 3 or 4 months......

Recently, my father was complaining about abdominal pain he went to the hospital and was sent home with the diagnosis that he had liver inflammation due to alcohol, and he should make an appointment with his doctor. He was sent home with some prescriptions. Again the next day he was complaining of the pain and decided to go back to the hospital it turnes out the previous diagnosis was wrong and his appendix burst open and was spreading toxic into him, he was immediately rushed into surgery. They told him that had he not shown up he could have died. Thankfully, he is doing good and recovering at the moment.
So my question is can i file a suit against the hospital?

About a month and a half ago, I formed what seemed to be a pimple on the left side of my penis, though it was white, after a long while of trying to pop it, and it never happening I just sorta ignored it.. It never hurt, unless I tried to pop it too much. now its still slightly present, but underneath it, there seems to be something more or less formed under the skin there, thus, whilst looking at my erect penis, the left side has a noticable mound there.. am sixteen years old and was "diagnosed" with RSD when I was nine. I've never met anyone who has RSD let alone knows what it is. Whenever I talk to someone about it, I almost feel embarresed because its like they dont think its real. I'll never forget the pain I felt when my own pediatrition suggested I was "making up" the pain. I had to give up my roller skating dreams because of what should of been a simple sprain. I feel like no one out there even cares. My own dad seems to doubt the reality of my pain. I was on crutches for a year, and then in a wheelchair for eight months before anyone could even tell me what was wrong. When I finally did get the verdict I was only nine so I really didnt even understand any more than I believe the doctors did. I've had three nerve block catheders and they seem to of helped. I really just want to be normal.
