If you have a temperature you NEED to go to the doctors or emergency room.
The back pain and temp make it sound like appendicitis but i'm not sure what area you are meaning exactly, and how far the appendicitis pain can spread/be felt.
So go and get it checked out quick, if you can't get, at least phone up and tell them your symptoms.

firstly...if you had a migrane you could NOT be working on a computer. I get migranes and I cannot even see or move or anything - there is no way a person with a migrane (a real one) could be working on a computer. sorry just had to put that in - I HATE it when people don't get what a REAL migrane can be like. As far as the pain in the waist - go see a doc, migranes do have different symptons but never heard of that one. maybe appendix

The only thing that I could say is that if the pain begins to localize itself and become much more specific of a spot (you can pin point it with your finger) head into emergency. This could be your appendix and you don't want that to rupture. What you have described is classic difuse pain (stomach area) which then begins to localize itself and become more accute.

It might be time to start thinking about an ER. If your pain or fever gets any worse you need to go straight in.
You can go to this link http://www.webmd.com/hw/parenting_news/hw47114.asp?navbar=hw46826 and it will tell you how soon you should be seen.
Good luck!

Hard to say" do you drink large quantities of caffeine?
It's hard to say since i'm unqualified to make any diagnosis; but the high fever coul result from something esle "Go see your doctor."
