Does anyone know if there have been any studies done that link nightmares with body temp during sleep?!

May sound silly---but it's not, to me....

Serious answers only, please.

I don't know but I do know that I will have nightmares if I'm sleeping under too much covers, always, every time. So there must be a connection. Although I.m not sure if your body temperature actually rises ( like it does when you have a fever) if you sleep under too much covers or that you're just warm.

Don't know of any, but as someone who's had a lifetime problem with nightmares/night terrors, it's certainly a good question.

Have you tried calling a sleep disorders clinic and asking?
