Group Owner cannot access group at all?

Question

Group Owner cannot access own group at all. Yet it say no activity on the my groups page. Yet I received individual emails constantly. What do I need to do to regain access?

This is a health question? I imagine you'd have to use the information you used to start your account to regain access.
