yes and no, it all depends on the doctor who is treating some Dr are famous for extending the case to make more money, some are really good, still i advise u to go for more natural as compared to the cosmetic ,

u know our body is made by nature so do not temper it hard, artificial is after all artificial , u gotcha

Yes, dental surgery is safe in the expert, experienced and relevant hands. You should have been more clear about the procedure you are looking for.

Yes it's safe. Not much fun, but safe. I had my front four top teeth knocked out in a car accident. They look good now but lots of shots and work done to fix them and did I mention the cost.. $600 per tooth.. but worth it in the end.. good luck
