Drink Tea and lots of water! If you drink herbal tea's then they are a dieturitic. Which means you need to use the bathroom more yet it does a lot for the body. I have lost 8 inches in my waist in 2 weeks!

Try drinking a large glass of water before every meal and when snacking before the T.V.

The weight will come off... For specific areas try exercising that area-waist, sit ups are great.

Diet and excercise :
1)stand with you feet hip width apart and your hands on your hips, bend to your side from the waist as far as you can whilst keeping your spine and head aligned.
2) stand with you feet hip width apart and your hands on your hips, bend from the wasitforward until you areat a right angel with a flat back hold for 30secs then repeat 3 x sets of 8 bend forward and return to start position keeping spine aligned and flat back
3)stand with you feet hip width apart and your hands on your hips, twist gently from the waist left to right.
4) Hula hoop as much as you can

02 try yoga: yoga helps you to build your body dramatically nice
03 leave suger: doctor consider suger as 'white poison' can cause obesity
04 try to have meal same time in everyday: makes you lose weieht and waist

when you lose weight your body will take it from your whole body. the only way to lose weight in certain place alone is lipo
