This worked for me: don't worry about how many pounds in how many months. Try to focus on a lifestyle change in other words develop a habit forming routine that you'll be able to stay with for the remainder of your life. It can be very simple: make a list of all the healthy foods you like...nuts, grains, fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken, meat, etc. eat breakfast everyday, have small meals frequently, try to be a nibbler, find a sport or exercise that you'll enjoy and would stick to daily. You'll be surprised that in a short time the pounds will start to fall off and you'll notice that you have much more energy and feel so much better...I've lost more than 20-lbs.

When did you start this program? If you're just starting out, you'll lose maybe as much as 6 pounds a week, for a few weeks, then level off to maybe 2 pounds a week. You might even have a couple of gains, here and there, because you're building muscle with your workouts. As each person burns calories differently, it's very difficult to predict what you'll lose and when you'll lose it. It all depends on the intensity of your workout, and whether you add extras to your menu, as well as other factors. I have a website that would be of great benefit to you, and will help you reach your weight loss goal. It's free and it's filled with exercises, menu ideas, tips and message boards & groups. Check it out. <*)))><
