i have streach marks and want to reduce them.i can do excersise1 hr a day.ihave very hactic schedule and cant give much time.if u tell me to diet then tell me something nutrisious and energetic.

Just like any other thing, losing weight is not too easy(heck not impossible too).Pills can be good at the beginning but you can develop infertility in your later age. Rather, follow the healthy way. Go for cardio and and circuit training. As a jump start, why don't you just do skipping for 15 mins a day?

seriously, speaking from experience, the very best way to lose weight is to walk loads and eat healthily. It doesn't take much time to go for a walk. Take out about half and hour to and hour every day and go for an uphill walk, which will help tone your body without causing more strechmarks. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and try to cut your portioning size down. The problem with most people is that they don't understand when they are full, so they keep on eating. Wait fifteen minutes after eating a meal, and if you still feel hungry at this point then have a a piece of fruit. and, most importantly, do not eat dinner or anything else after 7 pm! It makes all the difference. Good Luck and be persistent!!! :)

if you really have no time to excerise, there not much you can do if you dont take pills. but good choice of not taking pills as some causes harm to your body without you even knowing.
but anyway, only thing left to do is only to cut down on what you eat. mainly on the carbohydrates. but please! DO NOT totally cut down on it. it do greater harm than pills. take a little. BUT not too much. and every meals you take dont stop only when you are completly full. maybe stop at 1/2 full of 3/4 full. this will help in the long run. and try not to have take aways! you never know what are the things inside the food unless you cook it yourself!

Your BMI is 26,you are overweight.
ideal BMI should be 18-24
So cut down on fats, especially ghee,cheesesugar,carbonated drinks.
eat healthy, count your portions
Go in for more of fruits and vegetables, grilled meat,fish etc
exercise atleat 40minutes a day.
within 6 weeks you can notice the difference but maintain it.

2) Then practice yoga for 1 hr, atleast 4 days a week.
3) Never intake high calorie foods.

Aerobics is very good. 1 hour a day, 5 days a week and you will lose weight and gain aerobic fitness. I've done it and it works.

I moderate or small amoutn of calorie reduction AND any exercise frequently is the best method.

Weigh yourself regularly about every 2 weeks or 1 month to motivate yourself.
