I'm not fat but have a bit of a tummy. I don't really drink but have a sweet tooth. I exercise most days, dance salsa 3 times a week but it's ,y mid section I don't like. I've started doing an eight min abs programme but it's the fat on top really.

I know that this is related to the concentration in the blood, and I'm assuming that this isn't something that's going to occur from a mistaken double dose. So how much Lithium is actully a fatal dose?

is everyone taking some type of medication? Are the doctors out here in cahoots with the pharmasutical companies?? I mean if we all sat down in a room wouldn't we all be suffering from something...we all get sad and feel like crawling into a hole sometimes. And who doesn't sometimes not know if they are coming or going? Personally I think we're all over-medicated, over-stressed, and just plain old looking for an easy fix to all of lifes tests. Does anyone agree??

What do you think about this method? It isn't important if the skin color isn't light, It is good, do you suggest it?
I am thinking to bleach my legs hair, but I don't know if can be ok for me. I have never shaved (I am scared, and I don't want to depend on), because curiosity I pulled off my legs hair a little bit; now it grows and I am embarrassed. My husband doesn't care if I am hairy, just he tell me that if I start to shave it needs to be a routine, and I really think that.

When i read the obituairies it seems like everyone is dying of cancer and in their 50's or even 40's. There is so much stuff of the internet and TV that says that heating stuff up in plastic in the microwave causes cancer. Then they were linking antibiotics to breast cancer. This is all getting so crazy. A friend of my family just died after suffering for 2 years with pancreatic cancer and he suffered and i bet he weight 80 pounds when he died. This is all so disturbing. I read where some man said him and his wife lived a very healthy life of eating right and excercise and she was recently diagnosed with a terminal cancer so they went out and bought a fry daddy and are enjoying the rest of their life and wondering if it was all for nothing (not eating what they wanted) all those years.

I am partially sighted and I am wondering if anyone can tell me wheat good eyesight is like.

I can't see in 3D. What is it like?
I can't make out many colours. Can someone with good eyesight see many colours clearly enough to name diferent ones?
My focus varies from day to day, but is usually about 30cm. How far can people with good eyesight focus?
I can read print from about 12 point, but for normal reading I need 18 point. How small can you read print?

Anything else you can tell me about good eyesight?

I'm getting my braces off in two weeks. I'm missing about 8 adult teeth (my wisdom teeth and 4 others...) and my top retainer will have 2 teeth on it (i'm missing both of my canines). My question is, is it hard to eat with the false teeth? has anyone had them or had the same problem as me? My ortho. really hasnt said much about it when i asked him.

Any advice from any of you people that have had the same problem? I hope I made sense...

Just read that 1/3 of all overweight people have intestinal parasites and yeast problems in their guts. It causes weight gain, tiredness, headaches, belching, gassiness, and more. They attach to walls of intestines and sugar and starch and carbs feed them.

I tend to bruise easily, and last June I received a very dark bruise on my left thigh. After a few weeks, it went away - as expected - but there is still a very faint line around what clearly used to be the bruise. It is not painful but after 4 months, I am beginning to get concerned.

Been taking Natural Progesterone USP for menopause. Have not noticed too much of a difference. Any other ideas on what to take for depression, moodiness, and other menopause related health issues. It has hit me hard but I am finally on the end of it. Any help for natural remedies is great.
