Try a hot washcloth or hot bath. It's the same principle as a pimple on your face - the heat will open it up and soaking it should help the problem along quicker.
Also, don't wear tight clothes/pants. Let air and blood flow get to it as easily as possible. Wear as much cotton as possible.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

I am not a doctor nor a specialist but this may help:

1) rinse your face as soon as you wake up, after you come home from outside

and before you sleep.
2) eat a lot of apples( i do not know how but that really helped me)
3) drink a lot of water..A LOT
4) exercise to sweat and get dirt off your face

Give it a try, i am sure it will work. It worked for me

It's kind of hard to figure out what you're talking about, because your actual vagina is INSIDE your body.

I think you should go to your family doctor and have him/her take a look. I did this once when I had a scary bump. It turned out to be a badly ingrown hair that actually required antibiotics. It wasn't an STD (BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN), but it did require medical attention.

If you shave downwards instead of up, I find that I don't get razor burn at all, of course you're not getting as close a shave though but it still looks neat.

Hello!
If you are having pimples on your vagina whether it is on your upper half vagina, get to your doctor for a complete check-up and blood work to make sure you are free from any STD. Don't diagnose yourself, get professional help.

Could be bartholin gland cysts: http://womenshealth.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?zi=1/XJ&sdn=womenshealth&zu=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.intelihealth.com%2FIH%2FihtIH%2FWSIHW000%2F9339%2F11043.html
They will usually come to a head and drain, but they are very painful before that. You might could try some OraJel. It should deaden the area for a short while just like it deadens the gums.

Usually an ingrown hair will be in your pubic area but not on the skin. You might have vaginal warts. Make an appointment with you OBGYN.

^^^True

The vagina is the actual canal. The labia are the outer folds of the pubic area.
Anyway. That is beyond disgusting.
