I know that this is related to the concentration in the blood, and I'm assuming that this isn't something that's going to occur from a mistaken double dose. So how much Lithium is actully a fatal dose?

5g symptoms of overdose are Mild: Nausea, diarrhoea, blurred vision, polyuria, light headedness, fine resting tremor, muscular weakness and drowsiness.
Moderate: Increasing confusion, blackouts, fasciculation and increased deep tendon reflexes, myoclonic twitches and jerks, choreoathetoid movements, urinary or faecal incontinence, increasing restlessness followed by stupor. Hypernatraemia.
Severe: Coma, convulsions, cerebellar signs, cardiac dysrhythmias including sino-atrial block, sinus and junctional bradycardia and first degree heart block. Hypotension or rarely hypertension, circulatory collapse and renal failure.

5 Grams is usually fatal in a single dose. Yes, it depends more on the blood concentration rather than the dose consumed.

I would not tell you if I knew. Just take it as prescribed, talk to your doctor, and have your levels drawn. If you do this again, call your doctor or pharmacist and they can tell you what to do.
