Just read that 1/3 of all overweight people have intestinal parasites and yeast problems in their guts. It causes weight gain, tiredness, headaches, belching, gassiness, and more. They attach to walls of intestines and sugar and starch and carbs feed them.

What do you know about this issue? Has anyone read Ann Louise Gettlemens book on the subject?

its hideous subject but when people start to gain weight its likely it start off in the colon, why that last 10 pounds is difficult to lose its beacuse its in the colon, if you had a colon cleansing to get rid of man made ingredients like hydroginated vegetable oil and other stuff, i guarantee any of you will lost that 10 pounds in a week or so, look into dr mercola and you will eventually feel like your 30 again even though your age right now may be 50. we should get no more then 100 milligrams of salt in foods but have you seen those jenny craig foods, check the back, likely theres 700 or more, its ok if its once a week but never everyday. well i'd better stop sounding like some sort of book and let you get back to yahoo answers
