Could be a number of things either minor or serious-how do you expect any one to know without bloodtest, urine sample and a examination. What you need to do is go to a Doctor and get checked so you can get a diagnosis and the help you need. Atleast you will know-peace of mind instead of the stress of imagining and worrying. I can always handle, even if its bad, as long as I know what it is.The Nosebleeds by themselves are not that uncommon-how do we clean ouir nose and the vessels are vaery thin-any pressure will cause nosebleed but I'd need to know nothing serious, Migraines-sorry for I've had bad headaches(not Migranes) and can emphatize but there is now a fairly new medication that helps tremendously if not does away with them entirely but need a prescription-why are you suffering needlessly-go to the doctor, the Fatigue can be as simple as not
getting any exercise for activity(exercise) can even be walking gives one energy but can also be due to illness some simple some serious again must be difficult to deal with-go to the doctor and get help. The Muscle Spasms -who knows? can be a ,again a number of things. Seriously you are suffering needlessly for help is just a ppointment away.

Could be a coincidence, the four issues together, but it may signify something more serious. These symptoms can indicate issues with your lymph nodes or even the pituitary gland. I recommend seeing a doctor. Be sure to tell him/her the frequency of your symptoms, if they occur at the same time, etc... Better to be safe than sorry.

Check for High Blood Pressure!
That's sounds like similar symptoms my boyfriend had before he discovered he had high blood pressure.
Go to Wal-mart or a drug store and get your blood pressure checked by one of the free machines.
Have you been stressed or upset in the past week? That could trigger it.

You need blood tests and a CT or MRI of your head. Please go to your doctor or if you cant an emergency room. There could be many serious things going on and nobody could tell you for sure on Yahoo...........

see a doctor ASAP. It could be cancer, but isn't necessarily. I would really recommend you see a doctor.
