Dieting Rules -
#1 - there is NO magic solution.
#2 - metabolise (eat) fewer calories than you burn.
#3 - everything else is just the implementaiton of rule #2.

I swear by Trimspa. Ive lost quite a bit in a very short time. I like the CITRUS formula and the energy formula isnt as good. Stick with citrus,no jitteriness,no wierd side effects. I went from 130(size6) to 114(size 1) in 3 months with little effort.

South beach diet works like a charm. look it up online andb start asap. best around. no question about it.
And dont even think about sliiming creams, pills or powders...can u say bullshit? they dont work. southbeach is the best.
