I am not a guy, but my husband has told me that he prefers natural breasts better than fake. But I think that it depends on the implant, and the size. Good luck

Actually I heard on the radio recently that big fake boobs are one of the top threee turn offs for men. I agree. Fake boobs are unattractive. They don't feel right. Just be happy with what you have. I like women who are flat chested or large chested. It isn't about the chest, its about the person.
