The pill sounds like it is a Lipitor pill. Lipitor is a cholesterol lowering drug. The PD 157 is the identification and the 40 is the 40 mg doseage.

They sound like 'E's but you could always take them to your local pharmacy for identification. When you say a 'bag' of them - be careful what you do as if the police find you with more than 3 or 4 pills they can charge you with 'possession with intent to supply' and friends of my daughters have been imprisoned for as few as 7 pills. (One lad got a years sentence for 7 pills in his pocket) xxx Viagra are blue but oval shaped and have a marking on them. There are imports around but these are usually blue and round - have never seen a heart shaped Viagra.

There is a website called RXlist.com, where you can use their "advanced search" to identify a pill by its markings.
I searched for "PD 157" and found that the pill is likely to be Lipitor, a cholesterol lowering drug.

The pill you found in your Son's room is called Oxycodone 40mg. This is given to people that have severe pain. It is the latest high for kids and a 40 mg tablet is an extremely high dose and could, if he crushed the pill and snorted it, kill him. I am so glad you found it. You need to talk to you Son immediately. This drug is more potent than Heroin and cost about $10.00 per 10mg. The reason I know this is because I have Lupus and have to take this medication. Act Quick.

40 Mg Lipitor, which is a cholestoral lowering drug.
Someone you know seeing a doctor for high cholesterol.
As far as I know the only side effects to this drug is constipation.
