Eat well... sleep well and exercise......
Try not starving yourself....
Don't neglect sugars... or fats....
Most of all... burn more Kjs than you consume...
Most importantly though... set goals of fitness and health... not weight... why? Because each person has an ideal weight that is unique to their body.... this may be more than you would like but in reality you may never get below it and stay there... so instead say I want to run 5 mile in 25 mins or do 100 push ups or 100 sit ups or play a whole squash game or whatever it is you enjoy doing... heck sexercise is always a fave of mine!!!

The Atkins's Diet works. If you are going to do it buy the book, read it, and do it right. It is not harmful or unhealthy in any way if you do it correctly. You will not lose weight just by exercising. Weight loss happens with dieting. I have helped many people lose weight on this diet.

to loose weight and keep it off you don't diet. You need to set yourself an exercise program that you can manage on an on going thing for the rest of your life. Such as walking 3 times a week for 30 min to one hour. Look at the food you eat and change it. For example cut down on eating potatoes as they do not help when you want to loose weight. Have boiled veggies or stir fries with Olive oil unused in cooking as this is a good fat. cut your meat size down and increase your veggie intake. Eat low fat yogurt and cheeses. Don't eat bread at or after tea time. Doing this you will see that you will loose weight and keep it off.

Go vegan,it's not a diet,it's a lifestyle so it easier to stick to.It helped me realized how shitty I was eating before.I used to eat fast food,drink alot of soda, and ate whatever.Since going vegan I only eat unprocessed organic foods and only drink water.And it's not like a diet for me,it's just how I regularly eat now.
