Are the diamonds real? If they're real they should be placed in a jewelry setting like diamond in any other jewelry. If they're not real, you shouldn't let someone use super glue on something that's going in your mouth. I would ask your dentist about what you can use that would be safe in your mouth. If you're determined to use super glue, please make sure it's non-toxic.

Never use super glue in your mouth! It is a carcinogenic. Go back to whoever made it for you and have them glue them back.

I've never heard of anyone dying due to a super glue overdose, so I supose it can't be that bad. If you experience nauseau, headaches or anything of that nature I'd suggest removing your grill immediatley.

You spent a lot of money for the special filling; it behooves you to spend a little more--one office visit to a "real" dentist--to maintain the look.
