I have been a diabetic for 40+ years. Type l. Recently, though, I have been swelling alot, and Demedex that is prescribed for fluid is not working like it use to. My Dr. says swelling is normal, as we get older, but sometimes I can hardly get my shoes on or off. What's up? Does anyone know what to look for in kidney slow down or failure? Have you experienced this?

I have recently started working out in a gym for the first time. I have been doing a lot of upper body lifting and I would be sore. But now I don't really get sore at all the next day. Does being sore indicate that your body is building muscle? Or is being sore just a thing that happens in the beginning phase of exercise?

I personally think it is Supersizing junk food and little outdoor play. How about you? What is the cause and possibly the national cure for it?

After like 20 minutes lifting like 20kg of bricks and moving them around, usually your body physically would feel tired.

Would it be the same like when you reading or focusing or solving math or doing bookkeeping. Would you always feel headache or you feel tired on your head after 20 minutes?

For some reason i have this thing for crossing my legs. I do it all the time. I pass in volleyball with my legs crossed as much as possible (no wonder i suck). I would always cross my ankles in band although my teacher said it made people play worse. I obviously cross my legs pretty much whenever i can sitting down. I even cross my ankles when i am driving. Is there any psychological or whatever basis for this?

When I was young I dreamt all the time in vivid color. The older I got, the creeper they seemed to get. Now I don't seem to dream at all (or at least remember nothing). I'm on antidepressants, but this started before. I miss my dreams, at least the good ones. Does anyone know else have this problem or know why it'd happen?

I don't even like to think about sex because it makes me sick.

I recently came out and everything is going well, but I have a sexual problem. I've just started allowing my boyfriend to penetrate me, but whenever he does, I defecate. Is this normal for first timers, or should I go to the doctor's?

I am about 6 feet tall and i weigh about 147. My "body fat" that uses "electric impulse technology" to measure your body fat is saying that I have 22% body fat. I saw somewhere that 22% body fat means you are obese, and I'm basically skinny, I might have a little fat like lovehandles and i dont really have that much muscle mass, but this just doesn't sound right.
