I am taking 75 mg effexor daily, and ativan 2x a day as needed. They are .5 mg, but i took .75 mg tonight cause i am freaking out with anxiety. does anyone else take these 2 together for anxiety? do they work well?

Okay, I've done some research and have asked a few people but I want to know if you guys have any advice on this.

Do you know of any ways to keep tinnitus in check?

So far, I know if you drink alcohol, it doesn't bother you, valium is the same, and I smoke weed.
I have also heard Dramamine works.
So any other ideas?
Please help.

By the way, I've asked a doctor friend of mine and he said that mairijuana does help by calming your nerves.
So all you anti-marijuana people, I have a doctor telling me its okay so stop saying it is not.
You do not have a diploma from a recognized medical school.

I have had constant dihrrea all day. I need to know if there is a way to ease the pain of the acid, and if anyone knows what is happening, please tell me. I have no idea why. The problem is the side effects. 2 main side effects are short patience--I get very angry over very small things. Very mean and hurtful--but I can't turn it off easily. And I can't sit still. I go to bed tired but I get tingliness in my toes and other areas.. and it makes me insane! I have to get up and move around. The dr. gave me xanax. How long will these side effects last? He's suggesting Lexapro. But I don't want to take anything. Help!

Sometimes I just forget what I was thinking of. What I do now is just follow along: Intentionaly forget and do and think normally... in other things. What else could I do? Its just like my unstable computer: sometimes an error message appears telling me that the memory can't be read... Likewise I can't recall what I was thinking... Ok so heres the backstory: My boyfriend loves to get dome, but he wants it all the time. I dont really mind doing it but something crazy happened the other night that i just cant get off my mind and i need some advice. Tell me if this is normal. I am wearing a nicotine patch and normal smoke 12 cigaretes a day but with patch still have a few puffs 1 smoke a day.

they say only use patch for 6 to 8 weeks.

why can,t I continue to have a few drags a day and always wear a patch for years.
as I am sure this method is better for your health than smoking.
I f some one cannot quit after 30 years what is your advise.
