my nose [the skin] has these little bumps. i dont know what to do. ive had them since i was little. im just 13.. i dont want to go to a dermatologist though.. what can i do?

I have these bumps also and my dermatologist told me that they were little cysts. They can surgically remove them but it could possibly leave scars, so I decided to not do anything. If you do not want to go to the dermatologist, I highly suggest that you do not do anything to yourself (for example, cutting or doing extreme home remedies). Since you are still in the puberty stage, your hormones will cause skin problems until you are in your late teens and early twenties. If these have not disappeared by then, then definately go to a derm. These, actually, are a sign of a serious disease, but only the doctor can determine that.

I have them too, ther're not big but they're there. I had them because I may have had a pimple and it left that as some sort of a mark I guess.
PS I dont have anymore pimples lol!

bizzy your answer is terrible... try a facial mask from drug store it might help
