Heat Rash? Otherwise known as Prickly Heat

It is likely you have jock itch and there are several OTC medications to help. However, make sure that you rinse soap off the testicles well...some people react to soap in the same way. Many of the products that work for athelete's foot also work for jock itch...but the package must say that specifically....otherwise you will cause yourself more discomfort....wear loose underwear until the rash disappears. The cause of jock itch is Tinea cruris, a fungus and is not ringworm which is Tinea circinata that forms circular or oval raised areas on the skin....your local druggist is a good source of information on which drugs he has found most effective. After the fungus infection is cured, make sure to rinse and dry the testes well, and avoid tight underwear that retains excessive sweat and causes maceration of the skin that opens the door to re-infection.

Sounds like a yeast infection, or jock itch (otherwise known as ringworm). If it's jock itch, you can get an anti-fungal spray/cream from the drug store. If it's a yeast infection (you'd probably see some whitish patches) then you'll need to get an anti-yeast product.

try washing your underwear twice , first with soap ,second without, orrrrrrrrrr use a different soap. Sounds like Atopic dermatitis, YOUR being irritated BY the soap , It's really Very caustic stuff. when you sweat it activates the soap.
