also when i squeeze the swollen area i feel no pain. is it something i should worry about

oh! you must see your urologist,it must be an infection or you know.. go now im counting on you, i,m sure you wont be liking your penis to be sore and damage in time!!

Is this normal for you? Does the non-swollen side hurt? Is this when you are erect, flaccid or both? It makes me wonder if you injured one of the tubes that runs on each side of the penis. If this is not normal, I would call the ER and ask them if they think you should come in or not.

Do you mean your testicles? You should feel something inside like a little egg that should feel smooth and will feel likes it moves around. If you feel any lumps on it than you need to get it checked by a doctor. If on the smaller side you don't feel any "egg" you could have an undescended testicle, which should also be checked out by a dr.

You may have torn the internal ligaments that make up the penis sheath. Have a urologist check it out.

Yes,anything abnormal you should worry about it.Get yourself checked out brfore the cut the whole thing off to save your life.After that i don't think you are gonna have a normal life.
