actually in my younger days i tried a pump which actually increased the length 3/4 " to an inch and the overall width too, but it really made the head outrageously big, not that that's a bad thing. it had a bulb like those on a blood pressure machine at the end and was clear, but i think i did it once a day for 10-15 min. it definitely increased blood flow to the area, and after i stopped using it, i eventually returned to my normal size. i don't remember the name of the pump though. good luck
