I am a male and when i get yeast infections i will get little cuts on the skin that covers my head on the inside. Is that normal? Inside of my forskin.

That doesn't sound quite normal, and if you get yeast infections frequently then you shouldn't. You need to retract your foreskin and wash the area underneath with water and mild soap at least once a day, but not excessively. Dry the area with a towel. This should limit/decrease/eliminate yeast infections completely. If you're getting little cuts then you need to let them heal without moving the foreskin around too much.
