Do you always feel headache when you read or focusing?

Question

After like 20 minutes lifting like 20kg of bricks and moving them around, usually your body physically would feel tired.

Would it be the same like when you reading or focusing or solving math or doing bookkeeping. Would you always feel headache or you feel tired on your head after 20 minutes?

i do and its weird because i cant read then and it is very very hard to work

there is this kind of challenge as eye rigidity, yet regularly even as someone complains to their physician about topics even as attempting to examine, the physician will propose that he or she make an appointment to get their eyes checked. the favor for glasses is regularly a reason for topics even as examining. not, alaways, only when it's too late maybe 2.30 in the mornig, of after 've been reading for hours it's dificult to concentrate..overall during the exams....

i do get headaches from reading or trying to concentrate on something any more...but i know it is not my glasses now...but you may need to get your eyes checked and a blood test ran...just to eliminate anything that may be wrong...
