unless i have socks on my feet always feel like icecubes! it gets really annoying cuz i am alwayscovering up and whenever i am bare foot people comment on how cold my feet are...anyway do you know whats causing this?

Sometimes it has nothing to do with circulation. I have always been like this since I was a little boy, I´ve tested myself for various reasons and I have perfect circulation but My feet are always cold. I´ve thought that if I go to Egypt I´ll always be warm.

I have that in my feet and hands. I always wear two pairs of socks and my feet are still like ice. I have been told it is poor circulation but I have never been to a doctor for it.

Poor circulation. When blood isn't able to flow freely to an extremity, that part gets cool to the touch.

Stress can cause this and so can poor circulation.

Could be poor circulation or just you, ask your Dr. if you're that concerned with the isssue..........

I have the same problem and sometimes they even feel wet....................really weird.
