I plan on playing ddr everyday and doing sit ups and push ups.

What foods should i avoid.

Also on fridays my friend and i go to subway for lunch. What kind of sandwhich should i order. Is a tuna ok?

i am getting another shot tomorrow...last time it didnt hurt so bad but every time i go in for another shot i have really bad anxiety and i get freaked out...it seems to make the shot hurt so much more..

any advice on 1) how not to be scared of shots and 2) to relax right before they do it?

i did not go..because if i do have lung cancer there is no cure and i dont want to know. but now someone told be they can stop the process is this true..any lung cancer survivors here

Scrambled eggs?

I'm trying to lose 20lbs in a month. I dont have much time in the mornings so is that a good breakfast for me to eat? I only use 2 eggs.

Ever since I had to start wearing rubber bands about 3 months ago, I have had a lot of headaches, and just feel a lot of pressure all around my head. Is this comman? Statring to think I have a brain tumor or something!!

For a week & a 1/2 now, it's the first of this medication I've ever been on, I'm using it for irritability & mood. The question is I felt great the 1st week, I really felt it working, & the side effect of insomnia to go with it. Now it's not working any more, i only had the side effects for 3-4 days & now I feel the same I felt before taking it. Is this possible?? I called & talked to a nurse at the doc office, but everyone telling me I gotta give it at least 2 weeks to feel better, But I tell them you don't understand it made me feel better almost immediatly & now it's not workin no more Is this normal? or am I crazy? 2pts either way ;-)

I must've been bit by something during the night. The bite is on my elbow and hurts so bad. The bite left a red ball which feels like it is puss filled and it also caused a bruise about 2 cm away from the initial bite. The bruise is about 2 inches in diameter. What could this be??? And what can I do to stop it from hurting so damn much.

I am completely alarmed at the amount of questions pertaining to the need to lose weight really quickly. Especially because many of the questions seem to be coming from very young girls. I am doubly alarmed at some of the answers that these young girls are given about how to lose weight the fastest (e.g., pills, basically starving themselves. I have been waking up in the middle of the night with acute anxiety and panic, and crying jags.

today at school we had this assembly for this new skateboard
well i got on it and rode it and i fell off and it hurt a little and in art it didnt hurt that much and now it is almost 5:00 and my foot hurts bad
