Have a healthy diet (which there are plenty of diet plans around on the internet), also you have to exercise everyday. Which means a lot of aerobic exercising. It's not fun, but the only way to actually acquire and maintain a body you can be proud of.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

hello!
for two years i avoided food with a wheat content. this forced me to eat differently. it was a slow but natural shift toward a way healthier food intake.
if you cant eat wheat, you cant eat: bread, pasta, cakes, cookies, pastries, pizza - i know, all the good stuff. but you become inventive and find other stuff! fruit, vegetables, rice, meat, fish, chicken, sushi.
without trying, weight just fell off. too much in fact, when you dont eat wheat, you have to eat a lot of the other stuff and often. you have to take your food with you when you go out, as convenience food contains wheat.
you must supplement wheat with other complex carbs to avoid tiredeness. theres plenty on the web about complex carbs.
dont eat wheat, you'll lose weight.
eat healthy and plenty of it.
good luck!!

Go to this web site: http://www.fitday.com
Eat healthy, balance your foods 40/30/30 with the protein being the most and exercise.
Also, if you start your day with a high protein food, it gets your metabolism going.
