What is it like going through a colon hydrotherapy session? What was the outcome?

A friend of mine swears by them. She says it's helped her immensely -- she feels that was the biggest thing that helped her get off her insulin. I'm on the fence. I think that you can do an herbal cleanse that's just as effective and maybe safer.

Do not pay any attention to the folks who say you don't need to do a cleanse once in a while. They probably don't clean their duct work in their house, either.

I have a friend who swears by them She says tht you have to get several to clear you out. I prefer using bentonite clay. I have ordered some from www.mountainroseherbs.com. Her quality is good. I mix it in grapefruit or orange juice.

Is this another word for colon cleansing? It's a huge ripoff. Your colon is a self-cleaning organ! Interfering with the natural process will simply move money from your wallet to someone else's at the least, and could be dangerous to your health. Use common sense!

Your colon does not need cleansing. It is a complete and total LIE that you build up stuff in your colon. Do not listen to quacks and uneducated idiots.
