i jump on the computer put my head phones on and listen to music while i do this its ok

when i'm stressed i enjoy doing some cooking. i get focused on the task at hand and let my mind just relax. by the time i have finished i've got something to munch on and i am a little more settled...that is until i have to clean up the dishes!! lol

I like to sleep. It seems when I wake up I am stronger to take on those things that were stressing me out.

to clear my mind - just lay in silence and think, reflect pray.

to make myself happy - buy something on the internet, or watch a dumb comedy show like Flavor of Love, or put on upbeat music and go on the internet.
If friends are available go out woth friends, or have them over for takeout and a movie

Do something! Go for a walk; go to the top of a hill and face the wind and SHOUT as loudly as you can. You need to avoid getting depressed and this is the best way, go for it!
