I love going on the elipitical machine,do aerobics mode.I can go real fast 4 long periods of time.I want 2 look hot 4 Valentine's day n hope dat my crush/good friend asks me 2 be his Valentine but I also want 2 feel good about myself,have more energy,sleep better n be proud of myself.I want 2 foucs on losing fat n not muscle.I want a flat tummy so I want 2 know which foods are a def no no, n 2 tone my whole body.I'd like 2 have a dancers body,not hard abs but maybe the defining lines on the sides.I want 2 have dat S curve 2 my waist like I do, jus way more defined becuase I am a curvy women.I want 2 be a healthy percent body fat.I'd love 2 fit into size 4/6 womens n 5 juniors jeans.I lose weight fastest in my hips n breast( even though they're real large).I want 2 do strength training but mostly wit my own body n not equiptment( sit ups, pliates).Any sujestions please give me all the info you know.want 2 no what I can do 2 make my goal more achievable time wise how 2 up my chances.
