Every night I walk 2-3 miles Mon-Fri. I am not loosing weight! My friend is though. We have been doing this for a little over a month. I have pco disease and want another child. I have been told if I loose weight (I weigh 185 now 5'5) then my chances will be higher. I don't understand why I am not loosing by walking? I only drink water too.

I have heard of people taking stool softeners to lose weight, so I always thought that if you eat a huge meal then poop, it is almost like throwing up , but from the other end .....

My boyfriend always has belly lint from the shirts he wears, but the weird part is that no matter what color shirt he wore that day, the lint is always blue. It could be a cotton red shirt, or a white silk shirt- it ALWAYS comes out a bluish color. Anyone know why this happens?
Is my boyfried an alien?

I got a few teeth pulled a couple months ago and plan to get dentures. In the mean time I've been having to manage eating with my gums. My question is is it possible to deform my gums this way? Or better yet will this make it harder for them to make dentures fit my mouth?

Here's the deal, I got my period for the first time last month. I got it again 26 days later, and now it's 27 days after that and still no period. Why? What could this be caused by? Is it normal? and to this day, i cant seem to get close to anyone, mainly girls, without them hurting me, letting me down or rejecting me, theres a girl who ive known for a year on messenger who i manged to get close to, and wen i try to tell her my feelings for her, all she says is, ' awwwwww' , and it seems so godamn phoney..i live in a poverty striken noisey area that i wanna get out of because its adding to my mental health difficulties, high levels of anxiety all the times& low moods, i have a mental health team that im trying to get help for my mental health diff that ive had since 15 im 29 now. but i honestly feel that alot of my problems at this present day are the result of my circumstances, the noisey area full of rough necks. i feel as though i could get better if i could move, being here is causing me alot of panic. but it doesnt help either that i cant seem to build up friends or relashionships, without me geting hurt or someone not being genuine, giving me love back,all i get is awww?

Sometimes I scratch my head/scalp and feel a clear, viscous fluid seeping in a spot (different spots) Later, if I touch that area the fluid has hardened into a thin scabby material almost like dry skin or dandruff. I do get dandruff/dry scalp sometimes but this stuff isn't that.

well, im a male, 13 years old, and im about 5"11 inches tall.

i weigh a LOT. it doesnt look like it because im tall. but by this time next year i would like to have lost 40 pounds of fat, and gained some muscle.i weigh about 260 pounds. the first time i tried working out i found out i can bench about 170. which is a lot for my age. ive got alot of muscle under this fat, i just want to loose it. if anyone could give me some tips i would really appreciate it. i have tried eating good, and doing 25-30 min of jogging in place a day. and that did not show any results after the first week, i dont know if i have to do it for longer, or twice a day, or what, but i did not see any results. please help me

A few weeks ago i hit something with my fist and my pinky finger was sore for a few days but my thumb still hurts it hurts to do almost anything that requires me to grip with it or whatever. I didn't realize how much your thumbs do until it's messed up. Maybe it's just jammed or whatever? Help?
