I'm assuming you are female because of your name. and if you are, at your age you are in the 89% for your BMI index (for all you bmi nutz out there in children you do have to know sex, unlike in adults.. because children are set against a growth curve and boys and girls grow at different rates) 85% and above is considered to be at risk for being overweight, so you could stand to drop a few pounds, but you aren't doing too bad.. if you can get down to 115 at your height you'll be at about the 83%, which would put you into the healthy range.. or if you can hold your weight of 122 and not gain anymore while you are growing then you will probably be ok also. just spend less time in front of the computer or TV and more time playing soccer or basketball or biking.. even just walking around the block will help. and try not to drink any sodas if you drink a lot of them.. and finally, if you are in public school go talk to your nurse about it, she'll help you out.. if not, then talk with your parents and let them know you want to be more active because you want to feel healthy.. they will probably be pretty understanding of that. also you are too young and you don't weigh enough to worry about dieting.. just get active and you'll be fine.

Young lady,
If I may, the correct answer is - No.
If you were an adult at your height and weight your body mass index BMI would be 22.5 a respectful and safe BMI.
Now your shape may not be what you want to see.
On average your chest measurement should be 2 - 4
inches more than your waist. Your hips should be no more than 6 inches larger than your waist. Exception would a family of big hip women.
Learn to eat small meals 4 to 6 day, vegetables, fruits and drink water( Not Soda ) daily. Water is good for your skin even tap water.
Learn to be in control of your body , not controlled by it.

No, you are not fat, as in your are not overweight. But, try to stay around this weight, because as you develop and grow, you may gain more weight and possibly become overweight. HTH : )
