and to this day, i cant seem to get close to anyone, mainly girls, without them hurting me, letting me down or rejecting me, theres a girl who ive known for a year on messenger who i manged to get close to, and wen i try to tell her my feelings for her, all she says is, ' awwwwww' , and it seems so godamn phoney..i live in a poverty striken noisey area that i wanna get out of because its adding to my mental health difficulties, high levels of anxiety all the times& low moods, i have a mental health team that im trying to get help for my mental health diff that ive had since 15 im 29 now. but i honestly feel that alot of my problems at this present day are the result of my circumstances, the noisey area full of rough necks. i feel as though i could get better if i could move, being here is causing me alot of panic. but it doesnt help either that i cant seem to build up friends or relashionships, without me geting hurt or someone not being genuine, giving me love back, all i get is awww?

Hang in there! A change to a better enviorment definitely would help your mental well being some. And yes I agree keep working with your team. Also remember anyone you open your feeling to you also open your self to getting your feeling hurt. It's a risk you take when you allow yourself to care for someone. Hopefully one day you will find a friend who will be there for you, just remember even in the best relationships you sometimes will let each other down or "hurt" each other. Good luck and always keep trying.

i think its coz u are not so well at mo and not up for a relationship. take it easy and get better b4 u start wanting to commit to sum1 else. u need to look after urself and get better before u can let soemone in ur life. its hard finding a partner when u got a mental health illness. i got one but not so severe but ppl would still have doubts and probably start feeling different about u once they find out, they kind of feel scared of not knowing what the illness can bring i.e. coping with it all and so some give up and others (if true love) then will fight all the way to make u feel better and commit to that relationship. i knw how it feels but atleast u will knw if they are truely in love with you or not. we all deserve good and one day they'll be someone out there waiting for u.good luck. hope i helped.

I hear what you are saying and I am sorry you feel that way !!! Try and put your trust into the help you get from your MHTeam. If you have a support worker tell her/him what bugs you and see why you get hurt so often. Perhaps attending an Assertion Course/ Self Esteem Course may benefit you. These courses should be available to you via the support group/GP. Ask and you will be surprised what is on offer !!! Good Luck.

keep working with your mental health team... tell them that you want housing in a better area..... the area you are in is causing you way too much stress....

i'm sorry you've been hurt by love....it happens to everybody... but i am sure that one day you will find the right person for you... go to support group meetings for the mentally ill and meet people there......

You can't move forward until you accept your past and let it go. Just remember it's called a past for a reason the reason being it's already happened you can't change it. GOodLucK!

and remember there is such a thing as self fulfillment!

You gravitate towards abusers. Your parents were abusers. You must break away from idolizing any part of your parents.

Then you have a choice, otherwise you will keep saturating yourself in self-pity.

Good luck.

There's a saying... don't carpet the whole world: wear shoes.

If you just change yourself, your environment could be total hell and it would be OK.

You are not on your own. It happens to all couples. Ups and downs
are apart of life.
