Sometimes I scratch my head/scalp and feel a clear, viscous fluid seeping in a spot (different spots) Later, if I touch that area the fluid has hardened into a thin scabby material almost like dry skin or dandruff. I do get dandruff/dry scalp sometimes but this stuff isn't that.

maybe you have seborrheic dermatitis, the clear fluid could be oil from the scalp, try to use selsun blue with 1% selenium sulfide in it.

you probably just scratched some very delicate skin and it's pus leaking out. I have really thin, delicate skin on my face and if I scratch it somehow, I get the same thing and it kind of "scabs" over with that stuff. Try some neosporin on it.

It's a histamine reaction. Not that unusual or that big of a deal. It will go away when the weather changes.

My cousin had that same wierd stuff happening to her. I dont know what she had done to it but it. It will cover your entire head and leave you bald if not treated.
