Floss your teeth, brush a little less harshly, see your dentist, you may have some debris under your gums which needs scraped out. Once the debris is gone, your gums will be able to settle against your teeth and the bleeding will stop.

Mix equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and water and swish it around in your mouth for about 30 seconds, then SPIT OUT. Don't swallow it. Do it about every other day. Peroxide is not toxic , read on the back label of any bottle of it. Get you facts straight.

In addition to the peroxide & water rinse, you might try the old stand-by, warm salt water. Just gargle with this mix & spit it out. This helps alleviate all sorts of dental discomfort.

how old are you? do they bleed when you brush?
it could be gum disease, brushing too hard or teeth coming through (wisdom teeth?)
you should go to the dentist to be on the safe side. hydrogen peroxide is toxic, please dont do that. its a bleach that will burn as its also corrosive.
