I have a question. I am currently 6'0" 195lbs. I am kind of happy with the shape I am in right now but my main goal is toning up. I would also like to get down to about 190lbs. I eat healthy (except I usually have a few beers everyday when I get home and on the weekend I kind of slurge) religiously during the week. My question is, should I be drinking my protein shake after workouts or no? Does the protein shake "bulk you up"? Thanks everyone!

Plastic surgery would be a last resort, but would like to at least give shifting the majority of the size through exercise. Essentially looking for the best exercises, foods, supplements etc etc and time to expect a considerable change, if that is not too much to ask.

Please, I've had canker sores my entire childhood and extending now into my twenties. I'm not talking about cold sores, these are cankers inside the mouth, sometimes even on my tongue. Does anyone have anything they know works? I've heard canker sores are stress-related, I've heard they're an imbalance of PH. I've heard all kinds of things. I don't know what causes it. If you do, please share with me the common causes and remedies. Thanks

I have been diagnosed by three seperate psychs with bipolar disorder and anxiety/panic disorder. I am with the same doctor now that I have been seeing for about six years, it was very rough in the beginning because as he put it "i am one of the hardest bipolars he has treated" (Bipolar I rapid cycler) So anyways, I don't always notice my mood swings, I do know when I hit rock bottom though. My mom and dad are very supportive, pay for my appts and treatment and have dealt with all my bullshit for years the problem is sometimes I start to think I don't have it, of course this is usually when my mom says "I think you are getting a manic episode, be careful!" (I've spent some time in the slammer thanks to manic episodes) So does anyone experience this? I consistently take my medication, which is a lot (Lithium, Depakot, Abilify, Lamitacal, Zoloft, Klonipin). Im doing well but I dont want to think im ok and stop taking my meds and wind up in jail again or worse. Advice?

My boyfriend made some soup on Friday evening and I was fine until Saturday morning when I was at work. Suddenly, I developed liquid diarrhea over and over again. Finally, here it is Monday afternoon and the diarrhea has stopped (i think). I did not vomit, I never ran a fever or had a stomach ache. I did feel bloated yesterday and never really lost my appetite too bad. I probably had between 8 and 10 diarrhea stools daily for 2 days.
Do you know anything about this. Could I have gotten something like campylobacter, e coli, or salmonella. I think one of these causes diarrhea without vomiting.
He fixed some type of bean soup with some ham in it (who knows how old it was sitting in the fridge or what else was in it, or how old the ham) I am not sure what all was in the soup. He has some diarrhea too.
I have a raw butt and am very weak now. I remember having a pt about 5 years ago who had campylobacter and she did the same thing with no emesis.
Do you know anything about
