Yes - but you'll want to buy the actual Vitamin E capsules and break them open and use them. They are more concentrated then the Vitamin E oil in stores. They stink a little, but they work. You should put it on at least twice a day. In a month, you will notice a different. In a year, it should be a lot lighter - almost gone.

What's good in your body can show on your face. Eating a balance meal can help greatly, especially foods that detoxify your body. Also, water can become nature's cure. Try to get 8 glasses of water in, and within days you'll notice clearer looking skin. If you have oily skin, try using a daily scrub to exfoliate your skin. Recommended products are St. Ives Apricot Scrub (there are different types, and any of them would work) and Aveno face scrub for blackheads. Using an astringent can help, but some of them can leave a burning sensation. A very gentle astringent that’s all natural and cost efficient is Witch Hazel. Just put some on a cotton ball and rub gently onto your skin. Some say using a face mask twice a month works, but best results have been found using one twice a week. Find a face mask that shrinks pores or detoxifies your face. Recommended products are St. Ives Firming Mask, Olay Deep Cleansing Clay Mask, and Andrea's Face Spa (comes in packets). Put Aloe Vera on the marks. Its a natural moisturizer and protects your skin (which is why its highly recommended for minor cuts and burns). Also, putting non-medicated Calamine Lotion on blemishes can help dry up the excess oils and make them go away faster. Best time to put it on is at night. Most importantly, always use a moisturizer with sunscreen in it. It helps protect your face from dryness and the sun. A recommended product is Aveno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15. Wearing makeup with built in SPF 15 is also a plus. Besides moisturizers, there are also lotions that help even out skin tone, which is a bonus to overcoming scars and dark blemishes. A good lotion that helps keep skin soft and even is Cocoa Butter lotion. Its a natural remedy to any part of your body, and is especially known to cure stretch marks and "crowsfeet." Cocoa Butter is a natural key in keeping redness out and radiant skin in. hope i helped xoxo :)
