Go to sleep, wake up with fingers in a fist and I can't get them to open up. Fingers swelled and hurt.?

Pain through my hand, arm and shoulder.

Did you have a siezure?
a stroke?

Check the link, this doesn't sound good, and you should be seen by a doctor asap!!

BTW-stroke victims are of ALL age groups!! I had a high school friend who had one at 20! go get checked out, asap!

COULD BE ARTHRITIS INFLAMMATION OF THE JOINTS ! YOU MIGHT TRY ADVIL ITS A ANTI INFLAMMATORY . IT HELPS MY HAND PAIN
