NEVER! Reason... By definition pantyhose has the panties built in. Wearing panties would be redundant and unnecessary plus it can lead to problems since "breathing" through the cotton panel would be inhibited by the extra layer of clothing.
This is a carry over from moms handing down prudish customs to their daughters! Don't fall for it. The only time you might want to wear panties is with totally shear hose and a very short mini skirt!
Buying the correct size and cut they will not ride "up" anywhere and will be exceedingly comfortable. Always adds elegance and sophistication in all situations and they are not out of style. If you are a dude... the same applies!

Just taking the step of wearing pantyhose shows me that you are a woman of taste and elegance.Either way,with or with out is ok because you will be showing off your lovely pantyhosed legs.My hat off to you.

Yes you should if there's no cotten liner in the pantyhose. If you're not quite ready to go "commando", you can wear the thong and go from there.

Theoretically, since most manufacturers put cotton panels in the crotches these days, you're not supposed to need to. However, It is really a matter of personal comfort. Me? I wear underwear with my nylons - I HATE anything trying to creep up my butt!!

I DON'T - I ALWAYS JUST WASH OUT THE CROTCH AND THE WHOLE PANTY HOSE - MAKES THE LEGS FIT BETTER
I TOOK A VERY PRISSY NEIGHBOUR TO SEE JOAN RIVERS ON STAGE ONCE
THE THINGS THAT CAME OUT OF JOAN'S MOUTH MADE US BOTH SIT LOOKING STRAIGHT IN FRONT OF US.
WE DID NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING SHE SAID OR HER PERFORMANCE
