Antibiotics are only by prescription, but try Aquaphor or Eucerin products as they are gentle and fine for children to use. There's also Arnica which you can get at a health food store and it's all natural.

You can buy an antibiotic ointment over the counter such as neosporin. There are different brands and most stores even carry their own brands.

there aren't any antibiotics available OTC. the closest things are the antibacterial ointment which only does so much
