Diets are not good for you. They deprive you of neccesary nutrients. I reccomend a balanced diet. Look at the new Food Guide Pyramid issued by the United States Department of Agriculture.

Its not safe to loose weight quickly. Eat better and get some excises and you wont need to loose ten pound. There are no short cuts to staying healthy and maintaining the size you need to be for your height. It doesn't take a lot of work to loose weight from a decent diet and a few minutes of excises a day.
